01. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bet629" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting website operated at bet629.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses any service provided by bet629.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the bet629 platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by bet629 as part of any promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Bank Transfer, or USDT TRC20.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers collectively to bet629 and its operating entity, affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors.

02. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bet629.ws, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bet629 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

03. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bet629 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bet629 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited or returned at bet629's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bet629 or any of its software providers, marketing affiliates, or associated companies.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the bet629 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must be the sole and authorised user of the payment method used to deposit funds into your bet629 account.

bet629 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other identification document — at any time and without prior notice.

04. Account Registration

To access the full range of bet629 services, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. bet629 may verify your identity at any stage and may request supporting documentation.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the bet629 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. bet629 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• You must notify bet629 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• bet629 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or where required to do so under applicable regulation.

05. Deposits & Payments

bet629 accepts deposits from Players via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits subject to standard banking processing times.
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Bank Transfer — inter-bank transfers processed within standard clearing timelines.
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency deposits converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and USDT methods are specified in the cashier section of your bet629 account.

bet629 does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered in the name of a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled solely by the registered account holder.

bet629 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that exceed specified thresholds, including requesting source-of-funds documentation consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

06. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance from a bet629 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account, subject to platform-specific routing rules. bet629 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once the Player's identity has been verified to bet629's satisfaction. Identity verification may include submission of CNIC, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• bet629 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Any such delay will be communicated to the Player via their registered contact details.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard inter-bank clearing periods.

07. Bonuses & Promotions

bet629 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit repeat participation.
• bet629 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be disadvantaged by amendments made after opt-in, except where required by regulatory obligation.
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms. In the event of a conflict between a general promotion rule and a specific promotion term, the specific promotion term shall prevail.
• bet629 reserves the right to void and reclaim any Bonus Funds or associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent.

08. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted on the bet629 Platform, including but not limited to cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, and UFC markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bet629 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or pricing error.
• bet629 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time and without prior notice, including during live in-play betting sessions.
• In-play bets are subject to the rules of the specific market and sport. bet629's in-play settlement rules for cricket — including rules relating to abandonment, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and player substitution — are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules supplement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and the Player's account status. bet629 reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits without prior notice.
• Bets once confirmed may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific bet type or market rules explicitly permit bet amendment.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of bet629's trading team shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the relevant section of these Terms.

09. Casino Games

The bet629 casino lobby offers a range of games including but not limited to slots, live dealer blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, virtual table games, and arcade crash titles. The following terms apply to all casino gaming activity:

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the affected game round may be declared void. bet629 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet629 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Chip dumping or any form of deliberate loss transfer between accounts.

11. Responsible Gaming

bet629 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings panel. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

12. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any bet629 software.
• Creating derivative works based on bet629 content or branding.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bet629 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security precautions.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the Platform — gambling involves inherent financial risk and Players accept this risk fully upon registration.
• Any technical malfunction, including server downtime, network outages, or software errors, that results in the interruption of gaming or betting services.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude bet629's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data

bet629 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on bet629, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet629 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the provision of the Platform's services — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game software providers — or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

15. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the bet629 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bet629's operating jurisdiction and international gaming regulatory framework.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bet629 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
